NPMD is designed for secure patient charting, document review, and electronic signature workflows for authorized healthcare and legal-support users.
Information We Handle
NPMD may process patient demographics, uploaded clinical and legal documents, visit records, consent packets, delivery events, and audit metadata needed to provide secure chart, document, and signature workflows.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to prepare patient charts, analyze uploaded documents, generate provider-reviewed reports, send secure document-signature requests, file completed records back into the chart, and maintain operational and compliance audit logs.
Access and Sharing
Access is limited to authorized users within the applicable organization and to service providers needed to operate secure storage, messaging, e-signature, audit, and AI-assisted document workflows. NPMD does not sell patient information.
Security
NPMD uses role-based access controls, tenant scoping, audit logging, encrypted transport, and secure vendor integrations to protect sensitive chart and document information.
