The current SMS carrier registration lists All Seniors Foundation as the brand for NPMD messages. This policy explains how mobile numbers and SMS consent are used for the secure-document category within the chart's shared, staff-assisted SMS consent workflow. Appointment, follow-up, and signature-request permissions are recorded independently.

Information collected

NPMD may collect a recipient's mobile number, SMS consent status, delivery status, opt-out status, and related delivery metadata needed to send and audit secure document-signature notifications.

How information is used

Within this category, mobile information is used only to send transactional SMS messages about secure documents that need review or signature, to process opt-out and help requests, and to maintain delivery and audit records. Separately selected appointment and follow-up texts are covered by the appointment and follow-up privacy policy.

No marketing sharing

SMS opt-in data and mobile phone numbers are not shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Choices

Recipients may reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages and may reply HELP for help. Recipients may also request an alternate contact method.
