SMS consent and program details
NPMD sends SMS messages only for transactional secure document review and e-signature notifications. These messages are not marketing messages.
How recipients opt in
A recipient opts in by giving NPMD a mobile number during intake, account setup, document preparation, or a secure document-signature workflow and agreeing that NPMD may send SMS notifications about secure documents that need review or signature. SMS consent is optional; recipients may request email or another contact method instead.
