NPMD Secure Document SMS
SMS consent and program details
NPMD is a secure document service operated by All Seniors Foundation, a non-profit organization. NPMD sends SMS messages only for transactional secure document review and e-signature notifications. These messages are not marketing messages.
How recipients opt in
A recipient opts in when a clinic user prepares a secure document or consent packet, confirms the recipient mobile number, and actively selects the unchecked SMS consent option shown at the public proof page below. SMS consent is optional; recipients may request email or another contact method instead.
Example consent language shown to recipients
I agree to receive transactional SMS messages from NPMD about secure documents that need review or signature. Message frequency varies, typically up to 4 messages per document packet. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not required to receive care or services. Privacy Policy: https://www.npmd.app/sms-privacy. Terms: https://www.npmd.app/sms-terms.
Twilio reviewers can view the recipient-facing call-to-action proof at /sms-opt-in-proof and the reachable sample signing-link landing page at /sms-signing-link-example.
