SMS Terms and Conditions

The current SMS carrier registration lists All Seniors Foundation as the brand for NPMD messages. These terms apply to transactional SMS messages from NPMD about secure documents that need review or signature. This category is one of three independently consented choices in the staff-assisted patient chart workflow.

Program description

NPMD Secure Document SMS is used to send secure document review and e-signature notifications and reminders under the signature-request choice. These messages are transactional and are not used for marketing. Separate appointment and follow-up choices are governed by the appointment and follow-up terms.

Message frequency and fees

Message frequency varies based on document requests and reminders, typically up to 4 messages per document packet. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out and help

Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. Reply HELP for help. Recipients may also ask NPMD to use an alternate contact method.
