These terms apply to transactional appointment and follow-up scheduling messages from NPMD Clinic. The current SMS carrier registration lists All Seniors Foundation as the brand for NPMD messages. These are independent choices within the staff-assisted patient chart workflow, alongside signature-request texts.
Program and frequency
Messages confirm or remind recipients of appointments and request follow-up scheduling. Frequency varies by scheduled visit or follow-up need. These categories are not used for marketing. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out, help, and support
Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Support is also available at care@npmd.com or (818) 533-8393. Consent is not required to receive care or services.
