Terms of Use

These terms apply to authorized use of NPMD for secure patient charting, document processing, report preparation, and electronic signature workflows.

Authorized Use

NPMD is intended for authorized clinical, administrative, and legal-support users working within their approved organization. Users are responsible for using the system only for permitted patient-care, documentation, and document-delivery workflows.

Provider Review

AI-assisted summaries, reports, and extracted facts are workflow aids. Authorized users must review generated content, verify source accuracy, and apply professional judgment before signing, sending, or relying on final records.

Electronic Signatures

Secure signature workflows may be delivered through third-party e-signature and messaging providers. Completed documents and related certificates may be filed back into the patient chart for authorized users to review.

Acceptable Conduct

Users may not attempt unauthorized access, bypass audit controls, upload malicious files, use another user's account, or disclose patient information outside authorized workflows.
